You most certainly have more than once had to move a piece of furniture at home and the legs have damaged the floor. This is a very common situation and easy to avoid. We are here to help you.
If you think you’re not a DIY expert, don’t worry as it is a very easy task and at AMIG you will find a range of protectors for different situations. The first you have to do is choose the type of protector you need. Amig stocks three different types; with a nail, adhesive and rubber.
We have the nail-in protectors for different materials, including carpet, wood, stoneware, etc, and which are very easy to attach. You have just to hammer the protector until the nail is completely inside the chair leg.
The adhesive ones are felt and come in different sizes. First, you need to sand the surface using medium grain sandpaper to clean off any traces of dirt or wood so the protector sticks on. If the size of the felt is different to the size of the legs, draw round the leg on the felt and then use it scissors to trim it to the correct size.
Finally, there are the rubber protectors which fit over the legs and you therefore must get the right size.
So made sure you get the right size protectors and the ones that are easiest to use.
