This is a very easy DIY project and you can make it with materials that everyone has at home. The only thing you need is a thick hard book cover that can support the weight (coats, jackets, bags, etc.).

Metal hangers that you can buy from the hardware section and nails.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Once you have chosen the cover, make holes in it for the screws and then secure it to the wall. The number of hangers will depend on the size of the cover, but will usually be 3 or 4 (do not use more or the weight will be too heavy).

As you can see, it is very easy to make and very practical, as it is always useful to have somewhere to hang your coat when you come in. It is also a way to recycle material.
